✍🏼those who religiously follow the instagram stories may have caught that we have been (kind of) nominated for our first award ! our live show staple ‘big 4’ has reached the top 150 entries for listen up music’s 2025 songwriting prize ! this might be the last you hear on this topic depending how quickly we get culled and how badly we take it, but even making it this far has us in a full fling, nearing critical mass !

🔪in other news that will delight some and bemuse others, our very own big guitarist alex has made his aural debut on netflix ! that’s right, listen in at 35 minutes into episode 6 of the just-released australian miniseries the survivors to hear an all too familiar solo countertenor ! but be warned, this takes place at the pivotal spoiler/reveal of the entire show ! we had hoped they’d just drop in one of our songs instead - maybe next time .

💮 finally, don’t forget the larrys will be playing a free 3-piece acoustic set this saturday, june 28th at the penny black in brunswick, either side of latin fusion groovers quincoction and salsa casera . come along to hear new songs, new arrangements and old faves !
